1. I will create a non-partisan investigative committee (similar to the 9/11 and 1/6 committees that does not blame any person) to get the facts on how COVID-19 could have been stopped, or, even if people decided to work or do anything remotely, how lockdowns could have been lifted within six months or less nationwide, and even worldwide.

2. Create legislation to lift all sanctions and embargoes on Venezuela and Cuba (allowing Americans to freely visit these countries and allow for peace and harmony), and instead put the harshest of sanctions on China and Russia, for which countries have beed designated to be the main perpetrators of both the Coronavirus Pandemic worldwide (resulting of mass lockdowns in New York State and a loss of businesses, workers, and even human lives worldwide) and Propoganda resulting in confusion and mass chaos. This means that, as with Cuba today, Americans would not be able to go to China and Russia without permission, and Chinese nationals would not be allowed to enter the United States without a specific visa and background check. Nothing made in China and Russia would be allowed back into the United States without a special permit, and outsourcing anything would be illegal, and this would include any American product made in China and/or Russia. Note that this WILL NOT prevent Chinese or Russian nationals from entering the United States (especially to immigrate or work to create a better life for themselves), rather it will send a message to the two nations that the Coronavirus is the last straw in their ability to manipulate and coerce countries like the United States and the harshest sanction possible will make it clear that their negligence will be met with the harshest consequences available to mankind. Additionally, with the ongoing war in Ukraine and to put American priorities ahead of any other nation, this will also send a message that their actions will be met with the gravest punishment available, which could include the opportunity to annex Russia, China, and Ukraine (making the United States the largest country in the world), and would be the last and final time in human history the United States would take such measures.

3. Make national legislation that will prohibit states and the federal government to mandate masks, vaccines, social distancing, and other restrictions. Only people can and should individually decide what is best for them, and only individual businesses can decide if they want to impose a mask mandate or not.

4. In the wake of Governor Hochul's Quarantine Camp mandate, I will create federal legislation (known as the Courtney Act) that will prohibit state governments and officials to forcibly kidnap, hospitalize, arrest unjustly, or forcibly Quarantine a person against his/her own will unless such a person is accused of, and/or convicted of a crime, and have such legislation added to existing federal criminal codes of Kidnapping, and will create federal law that will enhance punishments for such acts.
