As a person born, growing up, and still in Rochester, I would never assume that being special is something that I would ever do. I always express myself, regardless of criticism, and I am proud to always live my life to the fullest no matter the barriers.

NY 25 is one of New York's most diverse congressional districts, politically and in every category, despite the flaws. One neighborhood in the Bay/Webster area may have a corner store and a neighborhood BBQ. Another neighborhood in the City of Rochester's North Clinton District can have the best Latin and African dishes served. A group of vibrant artists on Park Avenue can be found showing off their talent, while on the other side of town, a rapper is dropping the best beats one could her. Meanwhile, a group of locals and tourists alike are enjoying a walk on the Erie Canal in Fairport, a family enjoys some Ice Cream in Pittsford down the Canal, and the college students get to enjoy life on the canal in Brockport. A farmer grows his corn in Penfield while apples are growing in Hilton. A family worships Jesus Christ in Albion, while in Brighton, another family is worshipping god in the Jewish Faith. A science project takes place in Henrietta, while a family goes hunting in Holley. One goes swimming on Lake Ontario, and another goes fishing in the Genesee River. On West Henrietta Road, one will work hard on fixing a car, while in Irondequoit, one will work hard on building a computer.

What makes NY 25 so diverse in context? Because the district consists of people from all walks of life. Black, White, Rich, Poor, Gay, Straight, Republican, Conservative, Liberal, Democrat, Libertarian, Independent, from the Trade Worker to the Doctor, the Construction Worker to the Computer Geek, from the camper to the farmer, and everything else you can think of. From Lyndonville to Scottsville, Spencerport to Bushnell's Basin, Henrietta to Greece, Monroe Avenue to Lake Avenue, and everywhere else in between, NY 25 is the district where everything from innovation, science, medicine, the arts, entertainment, and technology to banking, business, construction, woodworking, manufacturing, and agriculture are all together.

Embracing, respecting, and honoring the personal and economic freedoms, and the individual rights and desires of the district, no matter how politically charged things get, will be the first concern. Regardless of who you are, you will always have a place at the table and a stake at the game if elected. Your right to love who you want to love, worship how you wish to worship, work how you want to work, learn in the way you chose, raise your children however you wish, and what healthcare decisions you make should be yours and yours only to make, and not something that Washington and the President should ever make, nor Albany and the Governor should make for you.

Legislation I will make and the examples of how I will represent you in congress will reflect just that. Pro-Choice means you decide if you want to wear a mask, or if you don't want to wear one. Pro-Choice means having the choice to cook your meals with whatever equipment you choose, not dictated by the government in the name of "the environment". Pro-Choice is making choices about your health care and how you choose to handle your affairs. Pro-Choice is how you choose to raise your children, the medical decisions you wish, and the choice to train your children no matter how it's done (be it homeschool, camping, co-ops, traveling groups, the library, or a school facility of your choice), hence deciding how you educate your children. And most importantly, Pro-Choice is standing up to politicians who stop freedom in its tracks, from Hochul telling people to leave and adding massive mandates, to certain people in Washington claiming freedom but choose to regulate. If elected, I will fight to make sure that your freedom is 100% protected, and that your right to privacy is equally protected. Above all else, the supreme law of the land is the Constitution of the United States and will always take precedence over one's agenda.

Unlike my opponent, Joe Morelle (who has, for years, ignored the district at large and played on people's emotions), you can count on me to not only maximize your freedom, but to know that I will always be a friend not only you can count, but someone that you can invite to your home or your dinner table if you ask and there is room on the schedule. Not an average politician, not a self-serving person, not a person that protects the party and the interest of mass lobbyists, but a representative in congress that will have your back, that puts NY 25 and Upstate New York first, that encourages individual responsibility and community involvement, and will encourage you to live your life to the maximum potential.
