For Congress
Libertarians and Republicans share one common theme. That mass taxation is theft. Though Libertarians want to privatize nearly every single aspect of America, I am for ending agencies that have impacted Americans negatively - including the IRA and CIA. Unlike many other Libertarians, I am in full support (and as a matter of fact, in full adamancy) of not touching, but rather reforming Social Security. As Joe Morelle talks in fear of the cutting of Social Security system that caused a mass division among Americans (following a mention from President Biden), I am committed not only to preserving this important program, but to dramatically reform Social Security and to send a message by making Social Security virtually untouchable for 10,000 years, combined with reform and the application of the HUE model. Most importantly, to address the mass taxation, if elected, I will do the following to ensure that the last thing any American, especially in NY 25, has to encounter is taxation, especially when it's without permission or representation:

1. I will create legislation to create a national trust fund system so that states and the federal government can allow for voluntary contributions. This means that what is lavish to the state is not something that can be done through taxation. Think of this as a savings account - if there is not enough money, then it can't be done. If there is no money, then it can't be done.

2. I will work on legislation to have Washington politicians taxed (inspired by the "tax the rich" concept proposed by many Democrats and especially people like AOC and Bernie Sanders). As politicians continue to be for themselves and not for the people, a tax will send a message and will go towards important matters from roads and bridges to libraries and other desires in their own congressional districts, allowing local constituents to not be taxed on the federal level, instead be taxed at near-zero capacity. Every Washington Politician, even the president, will be taxed 50% of their salary. In turn, residents and businesses will not suffer taxation without representation, nor mass taxation itself.

Example: Senator Schumer, whose hometown is Brooklyn, makes $174,000/year. A 50% minimum tax will go towards things the left would otherwise take from wealthy and middle class persons (such as infrastructure). After a 50% tax, he would only have $87,000/year or $7,250/month. To live in Brooklyn, one would have to have around $95,000/year. As a U.S. Senator serving all of New York, if Schumer could not afford to live in Brooklyn, he can move to a more cheaper city instead. When calculated, Chuck Schumer would have $8000/year in pocket money. By taxing politicians, it will send a message that they "work for the people they serve", not for their own endeavors and that of the lobbyists.

Example: Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, who is from San Francisco, makes $193,400 if she was speaker of the house (as she was before and may be again). With a 50% tax, she would earn $96,700/year. In San Francisco, one would live comfortably with around $84,000. Therefore, she would have $12,700 left approximately per year, or $1058.33/month, for her needs and wants.

Example: Upstate New York has about four congressional districts that are Democrat. In the case of a member of congress serving Buffalo and Niagara Falls, Brian Higgins represents the area that would be a typical cost of living in Western New York (including in Rochester). The cost of living in Buffalo is a salary of about $34,000/year. Congressmember Higgins earns $174,000 annually. When the 50% tax is applied, he would earn $87,000/year. Factoring in things such as a $1100/month rent, a $600 grocery bill, $150 in gas, and other factors such as New York State taxes and others, he could earn as much as around $4,000 for entertainment.

When members of congress are taxed, members of the house combined is $37,497,000, whereas members of the senate is $8,700,000. The majority and minority leaders of both houses are taxed $386,800. In total, they would be taxed at or over $46,583,800 annually combined.

Example: Taxation of politicians includes all members of congress, all members of the Supreme Court, and every member of the executive branch including the President and Vice-President of the United States. It will not apply to state politicians per the 10th amendment. In this case, consider Donald Trump being elected in 2024. Mr. Trump earns $400,000/year. Under the 50% tax rate, the president will then be allowed to have $200,000/year, which is the salary of Presidents from Richard Nixon to Bill Clinton. He can then decide to use the money however he pleases. With $200,000 taxed, it will go towards anything within the United States related to needs, putting Americans first while ensuring that an American can have little to no taxes spent on anything. If Joe Biden was elected for a second term, Joe Biden would also be taxed 50% of his income. When combined with congress and the Vice-President, Washington politicians will be taxed nearly $50 Million. In a four year period, that would be $200 Million. In a ten year period, it equals nearly $500 million, and in 50 years, it equals nearly $3 Billion. That is taxation on politicians that serve Americans, not on Americans that serve politicians, resulting in positive outcomes and proper investments.

Taxation on politicians would only apply to the U.S. House, U.S. Senate, the U.S. Executive Branch, and the U.S. Judicial Branch. It would not apply to states (which the 10th amendment applies to this context). States who wish to impose taxation among state politicians are welcome, and encouraged, to do so.

3. I will work to downsize government so that Americans, and especially in a state like New York, can have the best quality of life in the world and keep more of their money. This means, eliminating corrupt agencies such as the CIA, moving IRS functions to Social Security (but ending the force of taxation), and moving "police" functions into one unified agency (this means that, the DHS, the FBI, the CBP, and US Marshalls will be housed under one roof and as one entity within the Department of Justice. The new agency will be responsible for border security, enforcement of laws, and investigations. They will also be held to the most strictest standard of preventing corruption and misconduct, including the refusal to investigate victims of a crime. Amtrak would no longer have responsibility for passenger travel - rather private companies will take over (including paratransit), and would only be responsible for track maintenance and law enforcement. By downsizing government and only putting necessary money towards what is the pursuit of happiness and necessity - our roads, our parks, our transportation, our prisons, and our basic essentials, we can create efficiency in all aspects of life, allow people to keep (not take) their money at or near a tax of zero, and most importantly, allow people out of poverty and restore the philosophy for which our country was founded on, and that many people around the world flee to from their own countries for a better life, the concept of Capitalism (not Crony Capitalisms).

I will vouch for a system that follows the New Hampshire model (no sales tax, no income tax - virtually no tax except for their state's property tax), Americans would no longer have a federal income tax and would not have an interstate sales tax, in other words, states cannot tax interstate sales and commerce, nor out-of-state residents (provided showing proof) can be taxed when shopping. States, however, would have the responsibility to lower taxes while having the authority to address the issue as states see fit. As New York has a major city and a major tech hub, one of the essential components of expanding and innovating is to drastically lower taxes and allow workers to be given the right to have paychecks that have significant power. Federal legislation will reflect this plan. In addition to downsizing government and ending bureaucracy, income tax, and interstate sales tax, I will work with state lawmakers and the Governor to eliminate sales tax, remove unnecessary taxes that have destroyed New York State. In addition to creating a joint federal/state advocacy task force for eliminating so-called state regulations north of Westchester County, I will also advocate in Washington to create a first-in-the-nation technological area exemption zone (meaning that, in the 19-county Buffalo-Rochester-Syracuse tech hub along with Oneida County, workers can expect to bring home 100% of their pay - no resident or business pays even a dime in federal or state taxes - not even property taxes, although local governments can use discretion). By creating an exemption zone, this will pave the way for the other designated tech and hydrogen hubs of the nation (which in turn, will increase residents, get more people out of poverty, and allow residents in Western New York and in Rochester to be rewarded the best quality of life in the United States). In other words, the exemption zone would only apply to the 19 county region and Oneida County (which covers all of Monroe and Orleans counties). Residents in other counties and the five boroughs of New York City would still pay significantly near-zero taxes using the New Hampshire model on the federal level, but state and local matters will apply to the other counties - which is why NY needs to eliminate sales tax, lift unnecessary taxes, and embrace near-zero taxation for the state to thrive as a whole. Elected officials on the federal level, no matter where, will still be required to be taxed at a minimum of 50%, regardless of where they live or if they live in any exemption zone.
