I will support federal legislation to make Marijuana legal on the federal level. As with Canada, marijuana would still be illegal to bring it into, and take it out of, the United States, and would be subject to prosecution unless a visitor has a permit applied in advance prior to entry.

I will create federal legislation to compel possessors and abusers to get help.

I will create legislation that will prohibit Big Pharma from benefiting the rewards of corruption, and create criminal sanctions for doctors, medical providers, and schools who choose to drug children with medications such as Ritalin and other prescription medications for any reason unless a truly genuine reason would be beneficial to a child's physical health, and even then, such benefit is not to be accomplished without parental consent. Any entity who would give child that will not "sit still" any medication would be subject to criminal prosecution.
